5'9' 175 lbs have not changed in 20 years. I got kids that surf and when I go surfing with them they will let me know if a gut is showing. They keep me young

I’m a lady. Spent 3 years doing Krav Maga and got to orange belt level. Much better way to release pent up anger plus i was in the best shape of my life.
