thought Raka and Noa needed more time together to learn about ceaser.

i wish they had at least another 10 minutes more screen time to educate noa on their forgotten history.

i kept hoping at the end he would turn up as surviving somehow, so he could teach everyone their history

Raka needed to die unfortunately. He was a great character but Noa (or Noah?) needed to be self reliant from there on out for his character development. Raka would have.., complicated things I think

I think we see him again. There was an orangutan sound at the end of the credits

Maybe, but I don’t think it makes sense. Raka knows too much the Ceaser story. We need Noa to unite all the apes with his interpretation of Ceaser, a mix between Raka and Proximus.

At least that’s how I see it.

Gotcha… I was looking way too deep into this like it was some sort of foreshadowing,

Thanks

i just wanted to see him tell noa what he needed to know about what ceasers laws and teachings really were.

i agree with the story needed noa on his own, but it would have been great right at the end if raka could have ben found alive on a riverbank. i mean they had no one who knew anything about ceasers laws and teachings really were, so who is there that can teach them about it all.

i mean, everything was set for the apes future at the end except total ignorance of the rules and teachings of ceaser that cant just be read about in books. someone must wright the book of laws for the apes, as well as teach the kids about their history

I think this sets it up for nuclear war.

As I suspected, some humans were resistant to the mutation as they should have been. They still have access to technology. Her firing up the satellites means they want to fight back.

I see it eventually turning into the use of nukes, which will wipe out most remnants of human civilization such as Eiffel tower, roads, etc.

And will make apes really hate humans forever.

This is where I am. I wouldn't mind seeing how the last remnants of intelligent humans are wiped out. Also, are apes all over the world smart now?

I definitely think Raka makes a return. The ambiguity of his “death” and all, we never saw his body. I could see him coming back.

The chick was gorgeous. Distractingly hot for the role she was playing.

The CGI was amazing. The monkeys looked great.

I was honestly a little bored. I don’t give a shite about the monkeys. I wanted all of them to die. I wanted the hot chick to really use those guns she found.

The birds attacking the king was kind of hokey but whatever.

Best franchise going by a mile. No woke BS. Lead female character didn't seem forced.

The wife and I saw it this past week in the XD theater. I really do like how this franchise has rebooted itself with the initial film that had James Franco and baby Caesar in it. The new movie is action packed and the CGI is just amazing now. Loved the way the story moved on from the last one with Woody Harrelson in it. Look forward to the future of this series.

I think it may be the spaceship from the first movie returning to Earth.

No, this isn’t far enough into the future. Pretty sure they came out and said that would be a different trilogy.

They were looking at the moon. Simple as that. You see the moon light coming out of the eye piece

Everything I'm hearing about this movie is 'meh'. Nothing happens.

You should stick with the movies where the apes fight lizards. Those are more your speed.

Saw it last night. I was waiting for Noah to unleash the Caesar from within but it didn’t happen…. But at the same time they intentionally made the movie this way- to keep you wanting more.

One thing I picked up on is that the Apes understand that humans are capable of much more than they are with intelligence. The series can take a very interesting turn. It was enjoyable. A good way to kick off a new trilogy.
