Oh it was just generic internet results like;
1 tablespoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper,
½ teaspoon garlic powder,
½ teaspoon onion powder,
½ teaspoon rubbed sage,
¼ teaspoon of paprika,
¼ teaspoon monosodium glutamate,
? teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper.

Also tried adding white pepper, chackbay powder and ground lemongrass and also added Swamp dust. All good but still missing something.
