Looks like Seabourn and Oceania each have Barcelona-Rome cruises that month and for your price range that’s the way to go versus yacht club on msc or another big ship.

I’ve done Seabourn once, it was very nice. Food was good, nothing spectacular. The food on Oceania is supposed to be the best of any cruise line by far.

Seabourn was very nice especially with everything included (drinks, wifi, gratuities) and 24 hour room service. Met several people onboard who have sailed over 500 nights on Seabourn so they must be doing something right.

Viking has one like this.
I went on a similar one on Holland America and loved it, but Viking is even better. .

I did this itinerary on Princess last year and really enjoyed it. Arrive in Barcelona a couple days early and enjoy the city. Stay in Rome a couple days after the cruise. Definitely a great book end to this cruise

Seabourn is the way to go. Swore I’d never do a cruise. Did one on Seabourn last year in the Mediterranean and it was amazing.
