This should be a mistrial but the judge is corrupt and his NYC livelihood depends on getting Trump.

The blatant disregard for law is so palpable it almost seems like there may be some dirt on the judge if any verdict other than guilty is returned. Perhaps Trump's attorneys should start kicking over rocks to find said dirt.

You can’t prejudge the jury when they’re already prejudiced.

I'm waiting for the Judge to just blatantly look at Trump and say "frick. YOU. How about that? This is New York. I can do whatever I want to.

I can 100% guarantee we're going to find you guilty. This is an absolute certainty. But first we want to embarrass you a little more..."

Leaning on a whore from one of the dumbest states in the union was never going to work out well for them.

Pretty sure he was the one sending pictures of his bare chest to young men. In all likelihood there is more than that. They have the goods in him so he’s doing as instructed.

I've sat on a jury where a defendant testified. I would never testify regardless of my innocence after watching that debacle. Giving up your fifth amendment rights and letting a state prosecutor interrogate you under oath is a terrible idea.

I was shocked by the irrelevant tangents the prosecutor was allowed to get away with during that display. The guy will probably get whacked for all of the people he ratted out on the stand that day, none of which benefitted him in any way other than not being charged with perjury or contempt.

Trump would be wise not to testify and that has nothing to do with being a "real man".

Judge Merchan: I just don't see any reasonable grounds to believe that tweet would have any material impact impact on this case. The motion is denied
