The only way Trump is not on trial is if he was not running for Pres.. You know this and so does everyone else here. Quit being a dumb arse. The DNC (Pelosi, Schumer, WH, etc.) has basically admitted that there would be no lawfare as long as Trump does not run.

They were not deleted.....they were redacted to protect sources and methods. This is common practice and previous case law is there to support it:
