Trump put himself in this position by doing stupid things. All he had to do was admit in 2016 that he had affair(s) instead of trying to silence/cover it up and this would have been forgotten. Instead, he took a different route.

Haha you’re such good nazi. Trump didn’t do what you thought he should do so it’s ok for unprecedented legal actions against. Damn you dumb

Prosecutorial misconduct. There should be an immediate mistrial.

Is there such a thing as "judicial misconduct"?

The topic is Trump and his current trial(s) and he can look in the mirror to why he is in this position. It was avoidable. Not sure why such a simple thing would trigger you?

That guys obsession with Trump is kind of disturbing to be honest. If Trump ever visits anywhere close to where he is they may want to keep an eye on that guy, I'm not sure he's stable

Since when does lying about affair(s) ever end in a good result? Bill Clinton could have told Trump this. This was avoidable.

Nowhere did I say that. I said it was avoidable. You have actual TDS if you got that from my post. Just say you had an affair and thwart the payments then there is no question of where the money came from etc. Yes, I am well aware NDA's are not against the law and that is not what this case is about.

I am curios as to what they mean by deleted?

Here's what I found:

quote:

Paralegal says calls that were cut are still in evidence elsewhere
Prosecutor Chris Conroy is asking Jaden Jarmel-Schneider about why the summary charts were shortened.

The paralegal said that the calls that were cut from the summary charts are still in evidence elsewhere. He said they were trimmed from the summary exhibit: "My understanding is the decision was always going to be that we would admit the part of the call summaries related to what had come out in trial."

So we are talking about a summary chart and not the actual files?

quote:

Defense attorney Emil Bove is challenging the evidence prosecutors are putting forward, asking paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider about the deletion of some toll records between Keith Davidson and Michael Cohen after the defense submitted recordings between the two from 2018.

So the recordings were provided to the defense?

Seems like a nothingburger to me.

So this wasn't avoidable?

Talk about stupid. All the guy had to do was head this off in 2016. Just like he did the Access Hollywood tape. How was he able to effectively maneuver through that but can't just say "I made a mistake and had an affair" Instead he drags himself and all these people into this mess

God dammit nowhere have I said Trump commited a crime. I said this whole situation was avoidable. All Trump had to do was put out a statement:

"I had an affair or affairs it was wrong and I won't do it again"

If he does that then:

We wouldn't even be discussing this right now
There would have been no reason(s) for the NDA's which in turn wouldn't bring into question the who/what /when of where the money to pay the NDA's came from. And Yes I am aware that the NDA's are not the issue it is the money used for them. Do you understand this you moron? This was all avoidable from the get go. NOWHERE am I saying Trump committed a crime.

What legitimate reason would they have to selectively delete call logs before submitting them as evidence? Anyone?

Trump needs to learn how to not trip over his own feet. He shouldn't be in this mess or position because it was avoidable. All he had to do was issue a simple statement like he did for the Access Hollywood stuff. Own up to it say it was a mistake and move on just like many other politicians have done. Why does me saying that trigger your TDS so much?
