Anyone Have the Yakima EXO Swing-Away Tailgate Storage System? Pros/Cons?

It’s $$$ but looks like a versatile way to add a lot of storage to the family vehicle.

Headed to 30A next month and this would free up space in the Denali while adding also adding room for the girl’s bikes.

I want to hear any cons from users before forking over $3K.

Massey’s has these, but I’d rather deal with The Backpacker FWIW.
