If we're playing the hypothetical game. This sounds like a person that can't control their liquor and alcohol and probably would have killed someone road raging down the road after their bar fight.

You’re obviously a contrarian blowhard.

It’s not a hypothetical game and many a service member has been involved in similar circumstances. It’s why veterans courts have been established in jurisdictions across the country.

The main point is the loss of the 2nd Amendment RTBA that “shall not be infringed”.
