re: Cancellation of Mid-Barataria Diversion project could cost Louisiana at least $700 million

i posted earlier that Dove was acting more out of dishonesty than ignorance.
Having watched this video of Dove, i may have underestimated his stupidity.
However, my opinion of him being corrupt stands unshaken.
