How Would You Handle This Challenge?

You have 24 hours to complete the following four activities: Run a mile, Eat a Donut, Drink a Beer, and Jerk off.
The catch? You must do each of these activities in increments of 6, 12, 18, or 24. One activity must be covered by one increment. What are you doing for each?

I know I have done all of these things (well, maybe not two dozen donuts). It'd be a slog but I think achievable. Gonna feel like a sack of beat up assholes the next day.

If split on a weekend it wouldn't be that bad.
Around 6PM go for a 10K run, pump one out in the shower, eat a dozen donuts, and drink 6-8 beers, pump out another one, go to sleep, pump one out in the morning, grab a couple donuts, run another 10K, pump one out in the shower, finish the donuts off. That puts you with the donuts gone, miles ran, and 10 beers and 2 JO between 9AM-6PM on a weekend...completely doable.

I would not be able to jerk off more than 6 times in 24 hours so that has to be the 6.
I am a runner so I may as well do the 24 miles. Should be done in 6 hours. I can jerk off while I am running to save time.
Then it would just be my mood for the donuts and beer.

Depends on how strict the definition of "run" is.
If you could walk some of those miles, you could eat donuts and drink beer at the same time.
