Michelle Obama, after Labor Day.
They're going to put Biden out to pasture via 25A and Kamala is going to say that the added stress of having to lead has given her clarity and focus to want to spend more time with her family. (In reality, she's going to get a huge chunk of cash to sit on Netflix's board in title only. This would be to go away).
MO will step up and say although she has had no aspirations to lead, she's willing to do this "for the good of the country, especially in these trying times."

That said, I believe the Democrats larger play will be to attempt to postpone the elections. There are too many laws that have changed in what were said to be swing states in 2020, like Georgia's new law stating that all absentee ballots must we counted within an hour after the polls closed, that gives them an uphill battle when it comes to implementing their normal cheating pathways.
ETA - The Patriot counter to this would be in the midst of the chaos caused by riots of the illegal aliens being activated in the streets is to have the National guard called up to safeguard polling places particularly if they use the cyber attack angle as their excuse to seek to delayl the election. CISA has a provision of being able to use paper ballots in backup poll books in the event of technological issues leading into the election.
I don't think Trump wants to win by using their cheating system. He wants an overwhelming win with one day voting on paper ballots with an auditable victory, to reassure the American people that we're all in this together. Being able to shove the uni party's face in a defeat of 100 million plus votes would just be gravy.
