Overall, the chart highlights the strong relationship between education, earnings, and employment outcomes in the United States. It underscores the importance of investing in education and skills development to improve economic opportunities and outcomes for individuals and society as a whole.
Perhaps you should be handing this information out to parents who aren't involved enough with their kids to help them develop good study habits. If you have a failing school, chances are extremely good that the surrounding community is poor, uneducated and does little more than give lip-service to the idea of education being important. There's usually also a high degree of one-parent homes, alcohol and/or drug abuse and violent crime.
Education has to start with behavior and behavior starts in the home.
