Maybe just try going to bed early for a while. Get up tomorrow, really attack the day, stay off the internet, go make some field recordings of cicadas singing, perhaps sketch a few, collect some carcasses. Hobbies, good ones anyway, are healthy outlets for our time and attention. I'm practicing harmonica!
