Dude is obsessed with the WNBA. For the life of me I'll never understand why mere existence of the league makes people mad. Because the NBA is losing money on it? The same people haven't watched the NBA since 1847. Who cares.

The existence of it doesn't make anyone mad.
What annoys people is the insistence of the media that the demand for the league is far greater than what it actually is and the implication that the players are (1) just as good as male players and (2) should be paid a similar wage SOLEY based upon the fact they play the same sport.
In other words, no one is upset that it exist. It's the perpetual gaslighting of it's popularity and importance that irks people.
