I’m sorry but this pisses off every independent, libertarian, and his entire base that doesn’t think Trump shits gold. Only the Trump cultists, Boomers, and libtards agree with what Trump is saying here. And by the way, there’s no real shame in being fooled in 2020, it’s if you don’t learn your lessons from 2020 where my patience starts to run thin. Trump should admit that Operation Warp Speed was a mistake, that he was fooled by the likes of Anthony Fauci, and he’s learned from that and promises to make amends… that or never bring it up again for the rest of the election and then arrest all the actual criminals in your first day in office. He’s not the criminal here, it was the scumbags that went behind his back and then manipulated him into doing their bidding that are the criminals.

I think you’re taking a very limited view of the whole thing.
Question: Do you think it’s possible for Trump to have entertained both extreme skepticism of the entire ordeal (much like many of us did, perhaps in increasing increments as the days and weeks passed), as well as being fully convinced that a vaccine was unavoidable and absolutely necessary…..all at the same time?
Note: Trump’s own personal views and opinions on the whole thing were wholly separate and distinct from those of many, many millions of other Americans. Trump’s endgame, ultimate goal, was to nurse the economy back from the brink of potential collapse. What’s the one ingredient that’s absolutely, without exception necessary for an economy to get back on its feet and thrive? People. People going out there and feeding it and propping it up. But there was a slight problem with that small ingredient: vastly too many people were basically refusing to get back out there and feed it and fuel it.
Despite how you or I saw it, an extreme portion of the citizenry were simply too timid or frightened or unconvinced and what have you to get out there. So what was the conclusion that I’m sure came rather easily as far as how to coax people back out? A vaccine. And for the economy’s sake, the sooner the better.
