I’m sure that he has been told by his political advisors that the “90% of his base” that you are referencing will still vote for him despite this “attack.”

I would wager that they also told him that by attacking RFK, that some Dems on the fence between RFK and FJB may be drawn to RFK as a result of this attack.

No, this isn’t 4D chess imho, it’s simply politics.
