Yeah he did. Yeah sure, Merchan has the upper hand of being the presiding judge in this matter, but I don’t know if a judge in this particular scenario has ever so openly and outwardly been treated like a little bitch like this. And by a damn litigant at that. I’ll go ahead and say it:

Trump’s not a litigant in this matter. He is a defendant in a criminal proceeding. Probably makes his actions even more extraordinary.
