There has to be consequences when someone commits white collar crime. If a person gets no jail time and has no money to give, they will get to walk away scot-free after stealing other people’s money through white collar crime.

Are you ok with someone stealing all the money in your 401K, spending it all, and then getting no consequences when caught because the money’s all gone?

Wait. You think I should be able to steal other people’s stuff, and if I get caught all I have to do is give it back? So I keep the stuff I steal and don’t get caught, and I return the stuff for which I get caught?
