Nearly 1,425 people have been arrested on Jan. 6 charges, with 2024 arrests running at almost double the rate from 2023 and 2022, a U.S. Department of Justice report shows. Through close of business on May 3, the FBI has arrested 1,424 suspects in the 40 months since the breach and violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, the DOJ reported in its monthly update.
That includes 159 people who were arrested during the first four months of 2024, nearly double the 83 arrested during the same period in 2023 and the 85 arrested in the same period in 2022, DOJ records show. The FBI has made 391 Jan. 6 arrests since May 2023 and 614 arrests since May 2022, according to DOJ data.

Such an acceleration of arrests are a clear sign Biden regime’s determination to arrest and convict as many people as possible before the end of the year, knowing that if Donald Trump returns to the White House those investigations will be halted and pardons will be issued to some or all of those involved.
Last month, the leftist media site RawStory ran a piece warning that “time is running out” to arrest all the necessary people before the end of the year. The outlet spoke with so-called “sedition hunters” who have helped the FBI identify and persecute as many people as possible.
“There’s a 50-50 chance that if you went to J6 and committed a crime, you’re not going to get arrested,” one sedition hunter was quoted at saying.

Trump, meanwhile, recently said that pardoning the January 6th prisoners will be one of his first acts upon taking office.

Good. These people had no business whatseover rallying behind a defeated president... a president who lost an election... and dared to hold a "rally" the very day they were certifying the results of said election. Futhermore, they need to do a deep dive into peoples twitter accounts.. youtube viewing habits... facebook posts and go after anyone who even remotely suggesting supporting Donald Trump or expressed support for Donald Trump. We can't just have these people running around loose and free in the country, knowing they support someone like Donald Trump. That is simply no way to run a Democratic Republic.

10 Facts -- Stalin’s Great Purge: Over A Million Detained, More Than Half A Million Killed
quote:
The Great Purge [ as a result of the Communist Revolution c.1917] officially lasted from 1936 to 1938, but its after-effects included such actions as the mass murders of political prisoners by the Soviet secret political police, the NKVD, in 1941..
....The Purge ...served to cause fear [and terror] among the population and break the will of anyone who posed a potential threat to Stalin’s leadership..The paranoid power hungry dictator often used false accusations, forged documents, and extorted confessions in order to achieve ultimate rule.. .
10. The Numbers
...An estimated death toll was hard to determine, for in those times people simply disappeared and the NKVD covered their tracks well...
9. The Targets
Stalin often used terms such as “saboteurs”, “subversives”, “fifth column”, “enemy of the people”, “reactionary” and “counter-revolutionary”. All these words were enough to land a person in jail or get them killed.
...Stalin initiated this large-scale paranoia in which everyone represented a potential suspect (except him, of course)...
The Soviet secret political police [also] had its eyes on the rich peasants, academics, artists, and scientists.
8. The Moscow Trials
....It was more than obvious that the defendants were forced to confess under torture or threats to their family members. Three trials were held, and all three confirmed Stalin’s position as the one and only leader of the Soviet Union.

Flat out time for Trump to say that all Jan. 6 political prisoners, excepting those who were physically destructive, will get a full Pardon. And that political coup, conspiratorial Ops like Epps, Chaney, Kinzinger et al will be investigated big time. Moving up to AG from there.
They are like what's left of Hamas in Gaza, either they stay and continue their destruction, or go.

On day one I would pardon every one of them just to piss in their democratic corn flakes.

Why hasn't Trump pardoned these people? More evidence that he's a grifter...
