With having 2 lawyers on the jury, I wonder if it will help the jury understand how outrageous this judges antics are?

I do hope at least one of them had the intellectual honesty and ethics to recognize this is a comple sham and abuse of process and vote to acquit.

Precisely. They know a conviction will never hold up on appeal. They are only caring about making this look bad right up through November. Hell, if the trial was still on going and Biden wins I would not be surprised if they just drop the case all together.

They will try but considering how flawed the original case is and the lack of bail for defendants in NY state, it would be a hard sell.

Surely everyone realizes that the judge has been hired to trash Trump as much as possible with no expectation that a guilty verdict will actually occur or, in the unlikely event it does, the damage is done. Any lawyer with any knowledge whatsoever can see that these rulings are complete garbage and would never happen in a trial not involving Trump. Therefore, it’s folly to even argue that the rulings are wrong. He knows it. We know it. The average voter doesn’t. This is third world country bullshite and is occurring before the world. Sad.

So far, no one seems to care about this trial, and isn't effecting his polling in any ways. I'm sure once the Dems realized they were stuck with Potato and that the trials were not working, they had to try the next hornets nest - Israel. That doesn't seem to be moving the needle either, so no telling what they will try next.
