You have to be a complete idiot to not see the issues with this judge’s rulings. If you had even a modicum of legal knowledge you would really understand the issues with many of his rulings. You’re just rooting for your team and completely ignorant to the law. Exactly what you are accusing everyone else of doing. In short….classic liberal projection.

No. My point is that anyone with any legal knowledge knows the evidentiary issues with some of this judge’s rulings. That is what most are commenting on in this thread. You come in with some trite bullshite about rooting for your team. The evidentiary issues are clear. You are ignorant to what they are, yet still smugly opine from your place of complete ignorance.

His argument is that a prior statement by a witness that contradicts their sworn testimony is admissible for purposes of impeachment. This is a universally accepted rule in every court in this country, except for those in which Donald Trump is on trial. Funny how these criminal justice reform loving progs all of a sudden love the judicial and law enforcement apparatus when their political opponent is subjected to it.
