She testified...under oath...that they had the affair.
There is zero basis to sustain an objection of impeachment evidence that is the witness' own fricking prior statements.
This jackass judge knows any conviction is going to get tossed, but he just doesn't fricking care.

Yea, I have no idea how a prior recorded statement can be excluded from use for impeaching the witness.

arrests aren't admissible, just convictions. Arrests can be used at sentencing.

Well, Carroll didn't deny her allegations in that interview. She just said weird, uncomfortable crazy shite. There's a viable argument as to relevance (although, I think it should have come in as "state of mind" evidence).

Layer after layer of reasons why this will be thrown out on appeal.
Crooked judges are a threat to our justice system. He should be disbarred and tried for treason along with anyone involved in the prosecution of this election interference sham. They may not know it but a day of reconning is coming. The first year of Trump's presidency will be a roundup of traitors, illegals, threats to our democracy. It can't happen soon enough.

And this being NY, they don't actually care about justice. Look at what happened to Dexter Taylor. How long will he suffer while waiting on appeal?

Hopefully Trump's lawyers were smart enough to reference the date Stormy made that statement and list a few news outlets that reported on that statement. Force the jury to hear the truth.

The judge didn't allow the Access Hollywood tape t be played but he did allow the transcript. They should simply present the transcript of Stormy's interview. If the prosecutor objects and its sustained this would be one more rung on the appeal ladder. Its obvious all the judge wants is a guilty verdict to hang around Trump's neck. Even if overturned it may not be until the election is over.
