Whether SOP or not what the cop did is set up a situation that was sketchy as hell for the person inside the apartment. Banging without announcing and then disappearing out of view creates a situation where if a person has hairs on their neck they should be at attention. Within the 4 corners of the video the man did nothing illegal nor anything that could be construed as furtive in my opinion.

If you argue what the man did is stupid you have to see the root of that is a cop problem. When you get shot and not a single thing you did in front of the cop is illegal that is not a citizen problem, or it shouldn't be.
