It 100% occurs. It isn't about creating storms, just rain.
We do it in the US, and it is incredibly cheap.
There is no need to "prove" anything, they tell you they do it.

I trust evidence. Hence, why I asked is there a way to prove, based on storm data/radar if a storm is artificial or not.

I'm beginning to doubt you understand what's being discussed at all. Aren't you one of the weather gurus here. What can you see, INDEPENDENTLY, that informs you if a storm is artificially produced besides a “TRUST ME BRO”,
How gullible can you be? How do you KNOW they ARE telling you? Because they SAID so?
That isn't scientific evidence, which is what I am asking for.

States-sponsored "meteorologists" know what's going on but have mortgages and boat payments. They won't/can't spill any number of beans. There are plenty of people and interweb channels who have exposed the ways and means of "weather" patterns for several years now.

Good inference, good question that was analogous to "Trusting the science". Absolutely pertinent to the topic.
WE must do the math, connect the dots and see what makes sense. Trusting the "weather guys" on reasons for crazy, uncharacteristic weather IS exactly like "trusting the Science". (There no longer is such a thing.)
