Cloud Seeding: Anyway to prove this occurs?

This is more for the OT weather gurus. But there has to be a sign or evidence that a storm is artificial, right? What’s the indicator?
For the 12 people left in the world who don’t know, Dubai creates artificial rain storms via cloudseeding, and recently, those storms got out of control and flooded Dubai.
So what’s to say that isn’t happening in the USA to promote an agenda? There has to be a way to tell the difference in a real or manufactured storm.

What do you mean proof? They do it in wealthy Middle East countries. Dubai just had a massive flood in the desert

It has been happening in the US.
Problem is, it’s not as much of a conspiracy as y’all think it is. It’s mainly used for small scale weather manipulation like fog dissipation.
It’s not some crazy conspiracy to change large scale weather patterns.

I think the OP was asking if there was a way to distinguish between storms that are natural, and storms that are a direct result of cloud seeding.
I know our local power co in Boise does cloud seeding, they talk about it on their website:

Saudi Arabia and Dubai are big on it. Watched a great YT clip about the process and their NOC where everything is controlled from.

Absolutely you can prove it and there are many youtuber's who do it on the regular. They post videos of time stamped NOAA flight logs mirrored next to weather radar. It has been happening for a long while and they do this on the regular, almost daily. The shite that flooded Dubai was seeded over Saudi 2-3 days prior.

One of brothers is the Q-ster of the bunch and he sent us this video about the recent tornados being created by lasers shot into the clouds. Not sure how it would all work but the part about is in the 57m - 1:01m mark

That was an actual storm system recently in Dubai, not cloud seeding. When they cloud seed you know it because it pisses dirty rain, not 8-10” in less than 24 hours. They also do it in the US, it just doesn’t get as much coverage. They have been doing it for decades.

Cloud seeding in the US has been going on since 1946. The military also did some secret experiments in 1960 over the ocean and then later in Vietnam to produce rain storms in enemy held territory. These thing are now public knowledge. I am curious to hear from conspiracy theorists as to what agenda would be served by having more rain storms?

there are literally commercial companies that do this. It is very popular in middle east and China did tons of weather manipulation when they hosted the olympics several years back. Just point people to the links.

The "Gurus" aren't so much into the very real and happening Weather Modification programs and obvious manipulations.
"Cloud Seeding" has been happening for over a century. Other nefarious manipulations of weather and its patterns (see Chemtrailing / Sky-Vandalism) are presently juiced-up to such insane proportions to,
a) Be punitive and destructive
b) To support the ongoing fabricated notion of "muh-Climate Change Crisis!!"

Amen. Check out the NOAA flights around hurricanes, too! They have planes going into the center of the storms to fuel and steer the storms at the PTBs political enemies!
