You are correct. Violations do not always = fraud. They often do, and they usually do, but not always.

Would you agree that at a minimum, the irregularities would cast reasonable doubt about the level of security which should be assured to all Georgians when participating in our elections?

After all, we witnessed the following:

- Ballots with certified votes which have no associated tabulator - 176% of the alleged "margin of victory" for Biden (said to be 11,779)

- Ballots with certified votes which had no corresponding images (i.e. certified votes with no scanned counterpart) - 152% of the alleged "margin of victory" for Biden

- Votes found after certification with no known origin that were added to final totals & balance audit results - 146% of the alleged "margin of victory" for Biden

- Double scanned & double counted ballots - 26% of the alleged "margin of victory" for Biden

All in all, there are votes of myriad questionable nature which account for 498% of the alleged "margin of victory" for Biden.
