Confusing as frick. It appears this passed with 206 votes, but dems were unanimously against it?
Why the 22 abstentions?
So, if Senate doesn't pass it gives them the right to vote?
Strained "logic."
Also, Trump needs to APA notice the question addition in his first day in office. Start the fight so it gets to SCOTUS before the end of his term.
