Dominion documents demonstrate Dominion CEO, John Poulos, directed staff to conceal that Dominion has Serbian and Chinese employees operating out of its Canadian office and that these employees are directly involved the US elections, not only with programming, but with real-time, administrative remote access. Not only was access granted to US election equipment in real time during the election, but detection by US government through Albert Sensors was subverted by use of "soft phones."

This warrants investigation by Congress for a number of reasons. The emails reveal Dominion employees from Serbia monitoring vote tallies live, and prior to certification in US elections. Not only are they monitoring the vote tallies live, but they have remote access to US election equipment.
This further demonstrates numerous violations, including but not limited, to perjury before Congress, NIST requirements, CIS A requirements, DISA requirements, and breach of the Dominion contract in many jurisdictions.
