For clarity, the Mayor and his firm represented these folks. That's the only way he could assert the attorney client privilege when the city council insisted he provide the address.
Unless, of course, the Mayor was lying when he claimed the privilege and was merely registered agent .

The genesis of this problem is likely a crappy section 8 administrator

They might have their hands tied if the owner is in NYC and won't even communicate.

I spent a lot of time doing background reading on this topic.

Those are some sprawling, nasty complexes.

Neighborhood
While Martin Luther King Dr Area sits just five miles northwest of Downtown Shreveport, the neighborhood exudes a secluded, rural atmosphere that feels entirely separate from the bustle of downtown living. Martin Luther King Dr Area residents enjoy vast expanses of green space, which gives the neighborhood a peaceful vibe.

The exciting attractions in Downtown Shreveport are just a short drive away from tranquil Martin Luther King Dr Area. Residents have the option to stroll the famous Louisiana Boardwalk, explore the latest exhibit at Sci-Port Discovery Center, or attend an event at Shreveport Municipal Auditorium before heading back to their quiet neighborhood.
