% added to debt

Eisenhower, Kennedy, LBJ, Clinton, Ford and Carter are all better than Trump.

Also it does matter that most of those in that group only served four years(some less). You still don't seem to grasp that concept.

Jeez dude. just say you dont understand why statisticians use percentages. Its OK

And go re-read your own link. The list of the least fiscally conservative presidents is ON THAT SAME PAGE. And Trump aint on the list.

And like I said, youre the ONLY one rating conservative presidents based on the congressional budgets. Everyone else is including the moral decline, which Ike ushered in with his acceptance of New Deal policies, and liberal judges. Ike has never made a list of most conservative presidents, that I can find
