If one honestly looks at Trump both before and during his tenure as president, he would fall into that category based on many of his social policies and how much money he spent even before COVID.
That said, he is still our best option since after the 2016 primary through the 2024 election.

I think RINOs of which you speak are absolutely conservative, and would describe themselves as such
BUT, the problem is that they are often spineless and terrible at understanding negotiating and leverage dynamics, so they get taken to the cleaners at accomplishing policy.
That's why Trump, who is probably less of a true conservative than many RINOs, actually ACCOMPLISHES Conservative agendas at a much higher level.
