but you can refer back to my 1:53 pm w post where I clearly stated Kling should be used as defensive replacement only.

ok and? You also said "I would give Mitchell a shot nothing to lose and a decent chance he will hit better than .170."

Obviously Jay must have thought Brown was a better option than Kling because he started Brown all 3 games and only subbed Kling in late.

and again, how did that work out? Brown went 1/6 on the weekend (and is now hitting .125 in SEC play). I've already said Jay has given multiple players an opportunity to play and keep that spot, meaning he has sat Kling. However, every time he has taken Kling out, his replacement has underperformed. Which is why you saw Kling right back in the lineup Tuesday and he reached base 3 of his 4 plate appearances. When you see Kling in the starting lineup tomorrow night in a must win series, maybe you can write Jay a letter and tell him how dumb he is.

Based on his obsession, he won't write it so much as cut out the letters from magazines and paste it together.

Inferior opponents don’t matter so you can’t include that in your argument. Even though Tommy Tanks went 0-5 against the same inferior opponent

Kling has always hit midweek pitching that is why his OBP is .400 for season and. 291 in SEC. He can handle midweek pitching he cannot handle SEC pitching.

When LSU played A&M they were #1 team in country. Not surprisingly LSU won 2 out of 3 vs #1 team with Kling out of starting lineup.

Same for Neal he hammers midweek pitching and hits .132 in SEC.Not surprisingly the only game LSU lost to Aggies was the one Neal caught.
