Before the NY trial started, I believed he would 100% be convicted. Since the prosecution has started presenting the case, if there is at least on sane person on the jury, it will be hung. Some of those jurors I am sure have TDS for it to be an outright acquittal.

If we're just talking about the current NY trial I think his chances of avoiding a conviction on something serious go up considerably. That case is dogsqueeze. The Florida trial is much more likely to return a felony conviction IMO.

In the MAL trial...0%.

To me the MAL trial -- on its merits alone -- is dangerous for Trump.

The documents were Classified. He admitted that he didn't Declassify them.

The documents belonged to the Office of the President. Not him personally. He had no legal standing to have them in his possession.

And he almost certainly obstructed justice when he had his MAL employees move them instead of turning them over immediately when instructed.

The facts in the other cases are nothing compared to this. I am not even convinced there is a crime in the other cases. And I am a long way from being convinced he actually broke the law in the other cases.

But this one seems different.

Obviously if he is elected President it will all go away. But if he loses in November he will have to deal with this one next year.

In reality, probably 98%, but I would love it if he was found not guilty and then the left accuses him of paying off the jury ala Capone or something and that becomes a major talking point the rest of the year.

This is exactly the correct analysis.

I am fairly certain it will be a hung jury. The only concern I have about that prediction is the that the attorneys on the jury play prosecutor in the deliberations by going into legal opinions that a typical jury room would bounce back to the judge.

They have nothing. ...and it becomes more evident everyday.

Three weeks ago, I was a bit concerned. I'm no longer.
