Watched first episode today and wow you can tell this was made 15 years ago......in a good way. Political correctness does not exist and it is refreshing. Danny McBride is hilarious and I am only one episode in. Cannot wait to see what happens in this show.

Great first season but the bit starts to decline over the next couple. Never watched past the Mexico season. Not even sure I finished that one.

Damn. I’m jealous. Wish I could go back and watch it again for the first time.
I love that comedy where there’s no buildup- it’s just unexpected hilariously “serious” dialogue.
When I heard the whores heart line I lost it.
Maybe there’s an established term for that kind of comedy but idk.
He’s great in righteous gemstones too.
I think always sunny is somewhat the same kind of funny.
And maybe last man on earth. And recently maybe loosely resident alien.
I always find people who like this kind of humor to be the coolest and most laid back type of folks.
I love that comedy where there’s no buildup- it’s just unexpected hilariously “serious” dialogue.

Right out of the gate when he is comparing Baltimore to San Francisco in the baseball interview montage gets me every time.
