You're clearly missing the point. I'm attempting to show the ridiculousness of this person's advice, which seems to wisdom to the world. Let's apply his advice to the child predator who believes this life is all there is:

1. Live your best life. A child predator can believe that abusing children is what gives him/her enough happiness to keep on living, believing that they are in no doubt living their best life now. They may decide that as soon as they can no longer get happiness from abusing children (such as if they were arrested) that their best life is over and that they should kill themselves.

2. Stay healthy. A child predator may actually get health benefits from pursuing their course of abuse. Focusing on both mental and physical fitness can potentially ensure greater success in planning and execution of their abuse, being stronger to overcome children with greater ease; being faster to catch fleeing children or running away from those who might try to stop them; and being mentally sharper for both planning of the abuse as well as awareness for its execution to prevent being caught.

3. Throw sand in their machinery While I'm not sure what this means exactly, I take it to mean that people should foil the plans of those whom you dislike or disagree with. A child predator can "throw sand in [the] machinery" of society generally as well as the children and the family and friends of those whom they are abusing. If a child predator targets children of conservatives or Christians, for instance, they could be acting on this advice.

4. Laugh way too much I take this to mean that you should enjoy life to its fullest and then some; take enjoyment from all available opportunities. The child predator can live this way. If they don't care about what happens to them and think that being worm food is the best possible end game for everyone, then they can certainly "laugh way too much" at the misery and destruction they cause, especially if they have some sort of greater purpose in mind from #3.

5. Don't GAF I would say that a person who can go through with harming children is already implementing #5, at least to some degree, and if their conscience is at all pricked by their actions, this piece of advice might actually help placate their conscience so that they really don't care about anyone or anything beyond their own happiness and satisfaction.

6. Remind yourself every morning: YOU HAVE LIMITED MINUTES. Spend them wisely and only on people who deserve them. This is sort of a re-hashing of #1. Again, this is the sort of thing child predators are already implementing. If you know your time is short and there is no tomorrow in a philosophical sort of way, then "do what feels good" applies here, knowing that nothing ultimately matters in the end. This may actually give comfort and boldness to the child predator, believing that there is no judgement after this life for what they do.

As you can see, this advice can certainly apply to even the most wretched monsters in our society. It's ultimately advice that anyone can apply to themselves and use as justification for doing whatever it is they want to do, no matter how harmful it may be for themselves and others. It's advice that sees no ultimately hope or purpose beyond what any individual arbitrarily decides for themselves, and allows for anarchy if applied consistently.
