That was the second best joke that night IMO. The one I laughed at the most was when he told Flavor Flav he looked like a burnt match.

The Flavor Flav roast has to be up there. I also really
Enjoyed the James Franco one because it was just his friends ragging on him and giving him shite for two hours. And you could tell that most of them brought their own material and the jokes were personal.

I’ve seen a few clips of the old school Dean Martin roasts and some of them were funny. And Don Rickles slayed.

Not the whole roast
But Gilbert Gottfried roasting Joan Rivers (this young comedian’s custard cannon)

And Bill Hader as the president of Hollywood

Are 2 of my favorites

That was definitely a good one.

The Comedy Central Roast was like a religious holiday for me.

The Charlie Sheen one was another good one, as was Donald Trump. Each of those featured Anthony Jeselnik. - who became my favorite roaster.

I liked the Flavor Flav, Justin Bieber, Charlie Sheen, David Hasselhoff roasts the best.

I agree with yall about Greg Giraldo he was by far and away the best roaster. My favorite joke to me was when he was talking about Katt Williams at the Flavor Flav Roast, "Man pimping ain't easy especially when you gotta stand on phone books to smack a bitch." I miss him.

Forgot about the James Franco one too.

Isn't that the one where Lampanelli told Jeff Ross, "looking at you reminds me to shave my taint." Gold.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

It had some real zingers!

Also speaking at the event were Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, Japanese prime minister Yasuo Fukuda, and longtime foreign policy adviser and roast favorite Henry Kissinger, who spent the majority of his speech making sexual overtures to French president Nicolas Sarkozy's bride, model Carla Bruni. Although Bruni was seated in the audience, Kissinger politely offered her a seat on his face so he could get a better look at the only place a French leader has successfully invaded since Lombardy.

Where does the joke about Chris Benoit being a better father than Flav fall on the rankings? Cause that was hilarious and brutal at the same time.

I’ve only heard bits and pieces of those.

The bit that stood out was the roast after Phyllis Diller snuck into the previous roast in drag. The comedian on stage, Buddy Hackett (?), started joking that as a security measure to prevent a repeat of that, all members of the audience had to put their hand on the dick of the person to their left.

I loved how Giraldo would just come out with a piece of notebook paper like he forgot the roast was that day and had to come up with his whole set backstage

My favorite line ever came from Giraldo at the Cheech & Chong roast.

Giraldo to Ralphie May

Ralphie you're like the population of India. You're loud, sweaty, and double in size every year.

You're the only guy who watches porn and comes when the guy delivers the pizza.

I think I might have actually liked the Bieber roast the best. Every single comedian killed it. One that hasn't been mentioned that was pretty funny was Alec Baldwin.

I haven't watched the older/oldest ones though.

Baldwin's was funny. Nikki Glazer killed at that roast.

And the Bieber one was hilarious.

Martha with the N word joke at Kevin Hart....

Few of the best lines from the Alec Baldwin

Jeff Ross to Alec Baldwin: You starred in Pearl Harbor, which was worse than the actual Pearl Harbor. Halfway through I was rooting for the Japanese.

Adam Carolla to Alec Baldwin: Your brothers aren't here because you hate them. Your friends aren't here because they hate you. And your best friend isn't here because he hung himself in a Manhattan prison cell. What do you miss more the plane or the island?

Jimmy Carr has one of the best jokes in any roast.

“This is not the roast of Pete Davidson’s father. That was in 2001.”

Yea Jimmy Carr's whole set killed it. Pete Davidson was actually really funny too.
