Except it isn’t. Everyone sees that Joe Biden, and everything that comes with him politically is hot garbage. At least Trump has sane and sensible policies. I don’t give two fricks what anyone thinks about his personal demeanor, the man can run a country far better than the deep state.

I think you missed my point. It's that Paul Ryan is a dishonest shithead, and not ignorant or naive about what he's posturing here.
