The twitter link is from Liz Harris. She was the the one who parroted Bobby Piton's fraud statistics in Arizona- 300,000 bollots were from fake/ non-existent voters.
You remember. Piton was a QAnon enthusist who based his whole fraud theory on unique clast names.
Piton's research was blown up when it was reported that In 2016, the US Census Bureau stated that 62% of surnames in the entire country were unique.
