So Trump had sex? So what?
He is on trial for the money.
His attorney paid $130k to cover up the affair. Then, during the time he was president, Trump paid back the attorney but did not list the expense as "payment to porn star" rather "legal fees to attorney".
Among the 34 felony charges are falsifying records and instructing those who worked for him to lie for him.
When asked about in deposition before trial, Trump pled not guilty and insists that he never had affair with porn star and she made the whole thing up.
Several people have testified that the money was for Stormy Daniels and Trump not only knew it, but was the 'top guy' in the pyramid.
You may say "so what" but i would bet $1m that if Joe Biden used government resources and white house employees to assist with the pay off and cover up one of Hunter's hookers you would feel differently.

Government resources are public money.
Business resources are those of the business and its stakeholders.
So there is a SLIGHT difference there.

As a CPA that prepares 100s of financial statements each busy season I can ensure you
1) A payment to a lawyer to squash bad publicity is a legal expense
2) There is no requirement to disclose nor a line item for "payment to prostitute"
3) no user of his financial statements give a shite what that payment is for, $150k is definitely immaterial to his FS as a whole
4) you're retarded

This didn't happen with Trump, so it's irrelevant.

So what the current president had the white house folks do to first deny the Hunter laptop then to attempt to deflect after it was confirmed isn't using tax payer employee's to assist in a coverup? I know "Hunter" but didn't it help Potato?
NDA's are perfectly legal and you have not added one thing to attempt to justify this sham of a case.
Attempt failed.

How he or I or you would feel is irrelevant.
Joe Biden wouldn't be prosecuted for it.
You know it, I know it, Joe Biden knows it, everybody knows it.
And THAT'S the problem. We're supposed to have equal justice under the law in America, not one standard for Democrats and another for Republicans (or one for black people and another for white people, or one for Christians and another for atheists, one for rich people and one for poor people, etc.)
This is either serious matter that ANYONE who engages in should be prosecuted for, or NO ONE should be prosecuted for it.
Since you brought up Biden, there's a whole hell of a lot evidence of him being involved in much more serious dealings than covering up an affair. Again, you know it, I know, it, everyone knows it.
So when does his trial start?

Can you imagine if a President actually got a blowjob in the White House from a White House employee and then lied to the entire Country on live TV about it?! That would be crazy! I'd hate to be that guy going into court!

So you are parroting MSNBC? You might someday pull your head out of your azz but it is unlikely. Since when is a NDA illegal? Since when is giving an attorney money not a legal expense? Why not believe the porn whore made the story up and Trump was trying to keep a lid on bad publicity?
You may say "so what" but i would bet $1m that if Joe Biden used government resources and white house employees to assist with the pay off and cover up one of Hunter's hookers you would feel differently
As a matter of fact the money came directly from Trump's checking account, was part of a $330.K check that covered Cohen's fees which were over $60K. So yes legal fees. There is no provision for breaking this down into separate provisions on the form supplied. Yes taxes were paid on the money.
And yes your Hunter Biden analogy is far worse and actually illegal in many ways.

It is the same thing Clinton did, for the same reason, and in the same state. They bought the Steele Dossier and listed it as legal fees by running it through Perkins Coie. I don't recall Clinton being charged with any felonies by Alvin Bragg. It is at worst a misdemeanor that has already passed the statute of limitations.
From AP: The Clinton campaign hired Perkins Coie, which then hired Fusion GPS, a research and intelligence firm, to conduct opposition research on Republican candidate Donald Trump’s ties to Russia. But on FEC forms, the Clinton campaign classified the spending as legal services.
“By intentionally obscuring their payments through Perkins Coie and failing to publicly disclose the true purpose of those payments,” the campaign and DNC “were able to avoid publicly reporting on their statutorily required FEC disclosure forms the fact that they were paying Fusion GPS to perform opposition research on Trump with the intent of influencing the outcome of the 2016 presidential election,” the initial complaint had read.
