This is either serious matter that ANYONE who engages in should be prosecuted for, or NO ONE should be prosecuted for it.
Since you brought up Biden, there's a whole hell of a lot evidence of him being involved in much more serious dealings than covering up an affair. Again, you know it, I know, it, everyone knows it.
So when does his trial start?

By all accounts yesterday was a disaster and this legal case is in shambles. The only thing keeping it alive is a biased judge and the assumption that any jury seated in Manhattan will convict Trump.
Yet despite these facts, a handful of TDS leftists work feverishly to extract some kind of small "victory" from what is an obvious defeat.

Let's review the whole situation. Trump allegedly gets horny and decides to bag a porn star. She then decides to make some money off of it. Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. Trump wants the whole thing to go away as it is just before the election.
At this point, Instead of just paying her off by paying the National Inquirer with Trump's personal cash (not a legal violation), it is decided to run it through the Trump company books. That is the legal violation that paves the way for the indictment and now the trial. All because Trump is too cheap to use personal funds.
As a result, Trump, his family and the world now has to endure this trial. Lesson to be learned, if as a high profile person you feel the need to introduce your little friend to a porn star (by definition a person with a low level of morales) for maybe 10 minutes of phsicality at the most, when they come after you for money at least be smart enough to use your own personal cash to pay them off. Definite lack of impulse control.

The thrust of this is that a misdemeanor where the statute of limitations expired is a felony because of other laws which aren’t normally prosecuted by the state. The feds normally handle campaign stuff and chose to pass on this.
