There are 3 freshman coming in that could be immediate impact players. McKinley could absolutely be a difference maker from day one. That kid was SEC ready last year.

Maason Smith was 292 pounds of muscle and an all-world DT prospect and still struggled to make a consistent impact as a true freshman when he played DT.

260 and 270 pound DT's with zero experience get swallowed up in the SEC. Breaux was the only one who even went through spring practices.

Again, not that they won't be good players in a few years, but you can't count on kids that aren't even on campus yet.

Ahmad Breaux will be a very pleasant surprise.

Smith managed to not make much of an impact at all which is my point. He came in as a "can't miss" and never lived up the hype. How can you possibly think guys that weren't stand outs at TCU, Kent St, Michigan St, etc., will come in and be impact players? No one can anything definitive right now. We have bodies on the roster. There is no way in fricking hell we should be shelling out half a mil for any of these types of guys.
