I had a 2000 gmc truck for 18 years. But the original 5.3 motor lasted to 165k and I put in a 6.0L. Had 307k miles when sold.. Also had the transmission rebuild twice.

2008 Chevy Silverado 256K miles and still going strong...Thank Goodness
