Considering they sent shite to Fani and others, it can be argued they were part of a RICO conspiracy to deprive Trump of rights.

And a court case likely shows that the committee was not properly organized because of what Pelosi did in refusing to seat any of the GOP’s requested members in favor of Liz Cheney et all for only two seats in a roughly even House chamber.

And the only reason they have been able to get away with it, with zero significant push back, is the GOPe (Turtle, Romney, Cheneys, McCains, Bushes, Paul Ryan etc.) was in on it along with them.
