Ohio ain't Texas. The politics up there will be a bigger hurdle than the infrastructure

It ain’t New York either.

PA has been much more open to developing their oil and gas industry than New York. A lot of employees at the new Beaver Valley pipeline and refinery projects live in Ohio. And the eastern part of Ohio is desperate for jobs.

The politics in Ohio has to be easier than what operators are already dealing with in the DJ Basin in Colorado, though.

I do agree that does come into play, which is why the Permian has been easy, though politics on the New Mexico side of the fence is starting to present some headaches.
