Ugh MRI’s are the worst. The MRI biopsy was pretty bad too. I was lucky enough to have a dedicated nurse hold my hand throughout the procedure or I wouldn’t have made it.
Try wearing an eye mask and ask for music too. It helps.

Yes one time they played “The Wall” by Pink Floyd. “ Hey You “ rocks when you are in that tube and they crank it up. The operator had to switch it to Bob Marley cause I was moving too much listening to Pink Floyd.
