Pay has little to do with it. I'm the son of a coach and AD. No one gets into coaching for the money. And what's more we are talking about 17 year old kids. Coaches help them because it's the right and good thing to do. You make the call. You send the tape. You sing their praises because it's the right thing to do. What's more it looks good on you if you can place kids at the next level.
