I don't think so,

I havent used it (because I am verizon) but I know Verizon is 24 hours. It would make sense to me if they were the same. We keep our phones on Airplane mode until we;re ready to activate it and then we turn off airplane mode and set an alarm for 24 hours later to remind us to either go back to airplane mode or just set another alarm for the following day.We end up rolling it over most days but there are some (depending on where we are going) when we know we don't want to use our phone at all.

How it works

Be sure you have an AT&T unlimited, AT&T 4GBSM, or Mobile Share® plan.

Pay a daily fee for each 24-hour period that you talk, text, or use data within an included country.

Only one daily fee is charged even when you travel to multiple included countries in the same day. The daily fee applies to each line on your account using International Day Pass.1

For 1 line, it’s $10 a day.\

For each additional line on the same account used in the same 24-hour period, there’s a daily charge of $5.

Gotcha, makes sense to break it up into 24 hour blocks rather than calendar days

If I'm traveling internationally there's no way I'm doing this to save $10. I admire your attention to detail.
