I'd say you don't need a plumber for that, but you probably do since you don't even know what it is you need....

How do you know you even need a new one? Is it leaking? How old is it?

15 years old. Leaking from the bottom seal it appears. I've heard you need a new one if it is leaking from the bottom like that, but I need a plumber regardless.
