Appreciate the confidence but it would be very difficult for me to get a 50 gallon water heater out of my attic and a new one up there by myself..

Not much help on a plumber but there is a roofing company that is the official roofer of the OT

Change it yourself and save money.

Did mine last summer and only needed help getting it in the attic. Once there took 15-20 minutes.

How fricking hot do you need your water? Maybe you need a new water heater if you have to have another heater to heat the hot water.
